For dealer groups
Bring your whole group to Out The Door with one corporate account. Apply once at the group level, then add rooftops from inside — and see what every store has live, and how each one is closing, side by side in a single report. Joining is free for the group and free for every store in it.
How it works
The group application asks about the group — the entity, the contact, roughly how many rooftops. Per-store detail comes later, once per store, when you add it.
One short form at corporate level: the group name, the legal entity, who to talk to, and how many rooftops you run. No licence numbers or store addresses yet.
A real person at Out The Door reviews the application and gets in touch. Nothing is automated, and nothing goes live until we have spoken.
Once approved you get a secure link to set a password. That single login is the group — no shared credentials passed around the stores.
Add each store from inside your group account. It goes through the same approval as any enrollment — we still verify the licence and take an agreement, signed per rooftop.
Cross-store reporting
Group reporting answers the two questions corporate actually asks: what is on the table right now, and who is converting it. One page, every store, no spreadsheet stitched together on a Monday morning.
Apply as a groupNumbers are counted per rooftop, not per user — a store’s win is the store’s, however many people work there.
FAQ
Nothing, permanently, at any number of rooftops. There is no membership fee for the group, no per-store charge, no per-lead or per-bid charge, and no commission on won deals. Out The Door is paid by buyers for buyer-side services, and the Dealer Participation Agreement commits us in writing to never accepting payment from dealers.
Yes. A group being approved does not pre-approve its stores. Each rooftop still has its licence verified and still signs the Dealer Participation Agreement, by whoever at corporate is authorised to bind that store. An unsigned dealership cannot be activated.
There are two roles. A group admin sees group reporting, can act as any of the group’s stores, and can add new rooftops. Group staff see the same reporting read-only and cannot act on any store’s behalf. Store-level staff keep their own logins and see only their own rooftop.
That is the expected path. Add a store from inside your group account whenever you want. Because the group is already approved, only the new rooftop goes through review — licence check and agreement — and you can see it sitting in approval while it does.
Tell us in the application and we will sort it out with you. Existing rooftops keep their history and their logins; we attach them to the group so they show up in your reporting.
Only if you want it to. A group admin can act as any of the group’s dealerships, but nothing is centralized by default — each rooftop bids at will and sets every out-the-door price unilaterally. We never negotiate for you or against you.
The group application takes a few minutes to fill in and a person reviews it — we get in touch rather than auto-approving. Once the group is approved you set a password and can start adding rooftops immediately.
Tell us about the group and we will take it from there. Per-store detail comes later, once per store, when you add it.
